Quality Management Support
Process mapping, production and amendment of manuals, quality auditing, and quality data analysis are just some of the ongoing activities a quality orientated business must embed into its operation. In today’s competitive commercial environment Quality Managers usually have their hands full just managing the system not to mention the nuances that exist in all organisations that hamper the effectiveness of a well planned and Implements QMS.
Various documents need to be amended, new process need to be designed and mapped, yet the business units concerned can’t spare the resource or the time.
If this sounds familiar PEC Quality Management Support can help.
Process Mapping
Process’s exist in all organisations, they're the lifeblood that permeate every aspect of your organisation and connect your business to your customers and suppliers. A quality system will ensure that not only are the right processes in place but also that they are mapped correctly, eradicating weak links in the chain of operation.
Flowcharts appropriately placed in your operations manuals can often explain complex activities far better than plain text and can greatly reduce the burden of manual production and amendment.
PEC process mapping can do this for you freeing your staff to do what they do best.

Great, now all that’s needed is the production of the necessary manuals, forms and policy documents to make it all work.
Ÿ
Who’s going to do it ...... and when?
Will it be done within the required time frame on top of the current workload?
PEC document production can help.
Document Amendment
Document production is one thing but keeping manuals up to date is an often overlooked activity until it’s too late. Businesses large or small usually find this out when something has gone wrong and the ensuing investigation identifies that a process or procedure has changed but the operations manual or documentation hasn’t been updated to reflect it.
Alternatively it may be identified during a re-accreditation inspection or third party audit relating to a major contract.
If you're planning the time to review processes and procedures on a regular basis you should also plan the time to amend the associated documentation but as we all know production and delivery are king and the task of amending the necessary documentation gets a low priority, or the resource to do the job simply isn’t allocated. Staff resources are valuable and expensive so why not let them concentrate on doing what they do best.
