Management Training

Senior management often like the sound of Quality Assurance but don’t fully understand what is required of them making implementation all the more difficult. You may be in a situation where a QMS has been implemented but corrective action is reactive rather than proactive because operation of the system is from the bottom up rather than from the top down.
